Soft Cloud Cable V Neck Sweater Knitting Pattern

An oversized drop-shoulder sweater worked seamlessly from the top down. Shape the back and front, join for the body, then pick up the sleeves. Finish with ribbing and your choice of ribbed or I-cord neckline.

Three sizes fit busts 80–95, 95–110 and 110–125 cm / approximately 31.5–37.5, 37.5–43.3 and 43.3–49.2 in. Finished body widths laid flat: 55, 60 and 70 cm / 21.7, 23.6 and 27.6 in. Body lengths: 60, 65 and 65 cm / 23.6, 25.6 and 25.6 in. Check the measurement chart and intended oversized fit before choosing a size.

DROPS Brushed Alpaca Silk held double: approximately 200, 235 or 254 g. Circular needles 6 mm (US 10) and 12 mm (US 17); cable needle optional. Gauge varies by stitch: cable pattern 12 stitches and 10 rows over 10 cm / 4 in on 12 mm needles; rib 13 stitches and 19 rows over 10 cm / 4 in on 6 mm needles. Includes yarn substitution guidance. Best for knitters comfortable with cables, short rows, picking up stitches and chart reading.
