Size & Fit
Sizes: 6 months, 9 months, 1–2, 2–3, 3–4 and 4–5 years. Choose by the child’s chest measurement, rather than age alone.

Yarn, Needles & Skill Level
Intermediate. Worsted-weight yarn: 140–320 metres of the main colour depending on size, plus small amounts for your chosen motif. Use 3.5 mm and 4.5 mm needles. Gauge: 19 stitches and 25 rows per 10 cm on 4.5 mm needles. Techniques include intarsia, duplicate stitch, German short rows, three-needle bind-off and seaming.
